The 2022 Ford F-150 Lightning Will Have The Biggest Frunk Available

 

 

 

In a recent press release, Ford announced its upcoming 2022 F-150 Lightning, which is the blue oval company’s first fully electric model of the top-selling pickup truck. The news was focused on the electric pickup's "Mega Power Frunk” and the vast storage space therein. Ford stated it relied on current customers and fleet owners to assist with the design of the Lightning's frunk, and the result is a massive space with numerous power sources and plenty of room for two golf bags.

Ford SEMA 2021: Customized New Maverick And Mustang Mach-E Models

 

Along with many automotive manufacturers, Ford is bringing a wide range of concept vehicles to the yearly SEMA show on November 2-5 to show off their models’ aftermarket customizability and value. A recent Ford press release stated that no more than 40 modified vehicles will be shown, but for this year’s event the highlight seems to be on the brand-new 2022 Maverick compact pickup truck and the sleek Mustang Mach-E electric crossover.

Ford Invests in EV Components Facility in Europe

This Monday, Ford announced a plan to increase the electrification of their sales in Europe. Ford’s vehicle transmission facility at Halewood on Meyerside will be turned into an electric power unit facility, and Ford intends to invest up to £230 million in transforming the site.
