Earlier this week, Roush Fenway Racing, the formidable NASCAR team behind Ford Performance legends like Mark Martin, Carl Edwards, Greg Biffle, and most recently, Ryan Newman, formally announced that it has become the first-ever carbon neutral NASCAR team.

The World Environment Center (WEC) has recently honored the Ford Motor Company with the 36th annual Gold Medal for International Corporate Achievement in Sustainable Development.
